Registration

To log in as a registered member, enter your email address in the left hand field and your personal password to the right. If you don't know your password, leave the password field blank and press enter. The system will then email your password to the address given in the left hand field.

To log in as an administrator, enter either your name (two words separated by a space) or email address in the left hand field and the password you've been issued to the right.

Registration for the North Shore Ice Hawks is a three step process:

(1) First, please go to www.usahockey.com and complete the USA hockey registration. To do this you must click on the "register online" button at the very top. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach and Register Now. Check the box verifying that you are 18 or older. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly. Process credit card payment unless your child is 6 or under in which case the $40 fee is waived. You will receive a 16 digit confirmation code on the confirmation page. Print this page.

(2) Print out and complete the North Shore Ice Hawks Registration and Waiver form (Word): Registration Form
(PDF): Registration Form

(3) Mail the USAHockey confirmation page, completed Ice Hawks Registration/Waiver form, and $300.00 deposit check (made out to North Shore Ice Hawks) to:
