Registration for the North Shore Ice Hawks is a three step process.

(1) First, please go to www.usahockey.com and complete the USA hockey registration. To do this you must click on the "register online" button. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach. Check the box verifying that you are 18 or older. Select the correct season - 2008-9. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly. Process credit card payment unless your child is 6 or under in which case the $30 fee is waived. You will receive a 16 digit confirmation code on the confirmation page. Print this page.

(2) Please mail the confirmation page to Bill Heney at:

(3) Also include the North Shore Ice Hawks Registration and Waiver form. There are two different forms depending on whether your player is on the Mite Instructional Team or the Squirt Team. Print the appropriate form, fill it out and send it to the same address.
